Founded in 1973 by Gerald J. Hail, H&H Road Boring Company, LLC (H&H) proved it’s self to be a highly successful horizontal drilling company. Gerald’s eldest son, James started working with his father in 1983 and together they took on many high profile projects. In the year 2000, they implemented directional drilling to their company.

In 2015 James lost his mentor and partner, his dad, and now carries the business on in success. James also brought both of his sons Rowdy & J.R. on board, working in the field with him, and his daughter, Alyssa who runs the office. At H&H we specialize in road bores from 2” to 72” by means of trench-less technology such as directional drilling (HDD), bore and jack, slick bore and dry bore. Our office is located in Inola, OK.
